Description

The use of concessional financing aims to stimulate the market through public and/or private investment. This can be achieved through various means such as issuing thematic or green bonds in collaboration with public or private banking institutions. Private investment avenues, like leasing schemes tailored for households in stratum 1-3, are also encouraged. Furthermore, technical assistance is provided to enhance instruments promoting public and private investment or public-private alliances. Additionally, efforts are made to collaborate with the national industry to boost the production of components essential for photovoltaic solutions.
