Description
The purpose of the project is to grant temporary occupancy permits (POT) for the development of offshore wind energy generation projects in Colombia, to open the market, strengthen and diversify the electricity matrix with renewable energies, and increase the country's resilience to climate change. To achieve these objectives, developers with technical expertise and adequate financial capacity will be selected.
