Bogota seeks to position itself as a leading tourist destination in Colombia and the region, which requires a state-of-the-art tourism infrastructure to ensure a quality experience for visitors. The Visitor Assistance Center (CAV) and the headquarters of the District Institute of Tourism (IDT) are emerging as key meeting points between the city's tourism supply and demand, offering essential information and promoting interaction between tourists and service providers. The main objective of the project is to establish a CAV as a reference in Latin America, facilitating access to Bogota's tourism offerings and strengthening its position as a destination of excellence.
