This event, led by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism through Procolombia, brought together 33 exporters from six Colombian departments and seven international buyers from countries such as the United States, Mexico, Guatemala, Venezuela and Ecuador.
With the support of Bancóldex and within the framework of a government policy that seeks to promote exports with high added value, this business roundtable focused on the auto parts, motorcycle parts, vehicles and other means of transportation sectors, reflecting the innovative and technological capacity of the Colombian industrial sector.
Carmen Caballero, president of Procolombia, highlighted the joint effort of the participants:
“We are committed to supporting exporting companies so that they can reach international markets with sophisticated, high-impact products. This event is a sample of Colombia's potential as a strategic partner in the movement industry.”
During the 98 business appointments scheduled, international buyers expressed their interest in the Colombian offer. John Núñez, an Ecuadorian businessman, expressed his enthusiasm for products such as industrial safety equipment, highlighting Procolombia's attention and professionalism.
This meeting reaffirms Colombia as an attractive destination for investors and businessmen interested in competitive, innovative products with international standards, consolidating its position in global markets.
